From strength and cardio group workouts, to yoga and Pilates-inspired flexibility classes and 1-on-1 personal training, our customised programs have been designed to transform both your physical and mental wellbeing.

STRENGTHFIT

Strength is a key foundation of fitness: the stronger you are, the more economically you can move. Using dumbbells and bodyweight, this class builds functional strength to enable you to live a long and active life. If you want to lose weight, building muscle will also ignite your metabolic fire and help achieve just that.

CARDIOFIT

Cardiorespiratory fitness is a measure of how well your body takes in oxygen and delivers it to your muscles and organs. Higher cardio fitness is associated with lower risk of heart disease, stroke and cancer. This class gets your heart and lungs working more effectively, while enhancing your fitness and burning calories. We guarantee you’ll feel great!

BOXFIT

Combining boxing and kicking moves, this class delivers an energy-packed full body workout. You’ll improve coordination and burn calories as you build stamina and strength. Fun, challenging, and suitable for all fitness levels (with no boxing experience required!) this class is sure to make you sweat while putting a smile on your face.

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) incorporates short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. Combining cardio and strength work, and incorporating full body movements, this workout is designed to maximise results by supercharging your fitness and burning up to 600 calories. Suitable for all fitness levels.

FLEXFIT

A strengthening and stretching class enhancing muscle tone, core strength, mobility and flexibility. Inspired by Pilates and yoga, and incorporating foam rolling techniques, this class will tone your body, improve postural strength, flexibility and balance. This is a great class to clear the mind and relieve stress.

1 ON 1 TRAINING

If you want to supplement your group workouts with some more personalised sessions, or if you are working towards a specific health and fitness goal, you may choose to engage in some one-on-one training. Whether it’s for a personal challenge, or an event, our qualified and highly experienced personal trainers will get you there.
