I have been really impressed by how quickly they transitioned all their classes to Zoom as a result of COVID-19. The trainer, Ing, makes training fun but effective. She gets you ready for events but generally just for life fitness. There is always some sort of challenge happening that is extra to the training but it makes you feel the benefits of the training
