Outdoor group exercise classes are the best way to best way to get results. Enjoy cardio and strength training, boxing fitness and HIIT strength workouts, all on the timetable. You don’t need to be fit to join classes, fit is how you will feel after. Classes are priced from $16 to $26 per class, based on 3 different levels of class attendance per week.
The best workout will be the one you keep coming back to. We guarantee you will keep coming back, here are 3 good reasons why;

Our members come from West Pymble, Pymble and South Turramurra and nearby suburbs. For over 10 years we have been training the local community, people of all fitness levels and ages. We can guarantee a great workout, variety at every class and the experience to make sure you are doing the exercises that are right for you.
We exercise to become more functional, to be able to be more mobile, move faster, go further, lift more, and feel more able and focussed. For us this is functional fitness it is how we become Happier, Healthier and Stronger
We have even added Live ZOOM classes for the convenience of being able to train from anywhere. If you are running short of time, late leaving the office, children home ill or are on holiday you can still join in.
You can access Bicentennial Park, West Pymble from the Comenarra Parkway and Mona Vale Road. You will find car parking and our classes right next to the children’s playground.
The open space of the park makes you feel great about training. It means we also have the space for social distancing and children are always welcome.
We are Ku-ring-gai Council accredited to use the park and surrounding locations
