Our group fitness classes are held on the stunning waterfront in Bicentennial Park, Annandale. Outdoor training in this serene location within close reach of Glebe, Lilyfield, Camperdown and Rozelle, and there is plenty of parking on site.
Our group classes are run on the grass next to the children’s playground and barbecue area – conveniently close to the carpark (behind the Timber-yard). We have the freedom to exercise outside and the luxury of shady trees on hot days, along with the undercover Esther Abrahams Pavilion when needed. There is always plenty of space for social distancing, dogs, children and prams.
We have also added the convenience of live ZOOM classes. If you’re running short of time, late leaving the office, away on holiday or have children at home unwell, you can still join in, with the attention of your trainer via ZOOM to keep you safe and ensure your technique is spot on.
RefreshYOU Annandale’s professionally trained, highly experienced and fully insured trainers have all the equipment, knowledge and expertise you need to get the most from your training commitment – all we need is you!

As a busy Mum of two teenagers, I know that it’s sometimes hard to find time for yourself. However, I know firsthand that making a commitment to your own health has such a positive impact on everyone close to you.
I have worked in the fitness industry for more than 10 years and am still passionate and motivated to help people. Training for me is all about the long game; it’s not a four-week challenge or the unattainable ‘quick fix’. It is about building a solid routine over time that allows you to make real and lasting changes for a better life – whatever that looks like to you.
Put simply: Move well, move often.
Rehab coaching is a special interest of mine. Lots of people have niggles or areas in their body that don’t move as well as they could. Perhaps you have spent years protecting those ‘creaky knees’ or the shoulder that just doesn’t feel right, so your body compensates by using muscles it shouldn’t. Working one-on-one with you, I can help loosen the tight muscles, strengthen the weaker ones, and build your mobility, flexibility and strength so you minimise the wear and tear on your joints. I can help you move and train with the confidence you are looking for.
