Group exercise classes conveniently located on the Village Green, Memorial Ave, St Ives next to St Ives Shopping Village. With plenty of parking available, we are easily accessible from surrounding suburbs.

Our beautiful location has plenty of fresh air and lots of space for social distancing, children and strollers and is perfect for outdoor training. We have a wet weather option when needed and lots of shady trees for hot days.

We have also added the convenience of live ZOOM sessions. If you’re running short of time, late leaving the office, away on holiday or have children at home unwell, you can still join in with training. You still have the attention of your trainer via ZOOM to keep you safe and ensure your technique is spot on.

We are Ku ring gai Council approved to use the park and surrounding locations and are fully insured. All we need is YOU!
