Located in Meadowbank Park at 96 Constitution Road West, Meadowbank, the training ground is home to a range of activities throughout the week and weekends. There is plenty of parking on the ground as well as on surrounding streets.

The location has a 10 tennis court complex, 16 netball court complex, 2 cricket pitches, 9 soccer fields and a brand new skate park that is free for the community. We train on the perimeter of the soccer field during soccer season, and use the whole field during the off-season. Around Meadowbank Park we have running track that goes to Putney (to the east) to Parramatta (to the west) and to Rhode and Olympic Park (to the west). We use this running track as part of our training in preparation for City2Surf or Blackmore Running Festival and other events.

We have access to an undercover venue in the event of wet weather. We are now also offering training via zoom for those who are restricting their movements and social interactions due to COVID-19.



I keep myself abreast of any changes in the fitness industry and regularly undertake courses and workshops approved by Fitness Australa to enhance my professional skills and certifications.

I am currently qualified and specialised in :

  • Mat Pilates workouts from Studio Pilates International
  • Group Outdoor Training / Bootcamp
  • Group Strength & Conditioning
  • Lift for Life Certification – for mature individuals with some illness (diabetes, cholesterol etc)
  • Certificate III and IV Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor

This class gets your heart and lungs working more effectively, while enhancing your fitness and burning calories. We guarantee you’ll feel great!


Combining boxing and kicking moves, this class delivers an energy-packed full body workout. You’ll improve coordination and burn calories as you build stamina and strength. Fun, challenging, and suitable for all fitness levels (with no boxing experience required!) this class is sure to make you sweat while putting a smile on your face.


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) incorporates short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. Combining cardio and strength work, and incorporating full body movements, this workout is designed to maximise results by supercharging your fitness and burning up to 600 calories. Suitable for all fitness levels.


A strengthening and stretching class enhancing muscle tone, core strength, mobility and flexibility. Inspired by Pilates and yoga, and incorporating foam rolling techniques, this class will tone your body, improve postural strength, flexibility and balance. This is a great class to clear the mind and relieve stress.


If you want to supplement your group workouts with some more personalised sessions, or if you are working towards a specific health and fitness goal, you may choose to engage in some one-on-one training.
