We have all the equipment you need to get the most from your training commitment, all we need is you. Cardio, Strength, kickboxing or HIIT workouts are all on the timetable to help you achieve.
You can access Bicentennial Park, West Pymble from the Comenarra Parkway and Mona Vale Road. You will find Car parking and our classes right next to the children’s playground.
The open space of the park makes you feel great about training. It means we also have the space for social distancing and children are always welcome.
Live ZOOM classes add the convenience of being able to train from anywhere. If you are running short of time, late leaving the office, children home ill or are on holiday you can still join in.
We are Ku-ring-gai Council accredited to use the park and surrounding locations
